“Great breakfast. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Definitely family friendly. ”

“Did not look at all like the picture and had no working toilet the whole night. Now they have taken the surprise "deposit" and have not returned it.”

“Room was very clean and overall nice to be in. Loved the free parking. And very close to the restaurant me and my girlfriend chose to eat at. Only thing that we didn’t like was the free breakfast. Just was really packed when we went and very limited options. ”

“Breakfast was good and fresh. Big mall nearby.”

“It was renovated and looked good design wise. But the place was very dirty. There were stains all over the carpet. The beddings were all ripped up and stained. And it has a distinct smell that is not pleasant. Hotel has bad reservation system as it was overbooked.”

“No knives, breakfast was terrible, toaster broken. Treadmill broke and ice machine broke. No communication about room service, had to ask for towels and room cleaning Breakfast server spoke Spanish to her headset the entire time with no consideration for patrons. Lastly I found 3 small black bugs on the “clean” bed. Front desk apologized but no mention to compensate. ”

“La porta del bagno scorreva male e aveva la maniglia rotta non aveva nemmeno una chiusura presentava con dei chiodini a punta sulla parte rotta anche pericolose infatti mi sono tagliato per il resto tutto nella norma”

“The room was clean, however the mirrors need to be changed, the balcony paint is wearing off. The pool and hot tub need major painting ”

“You get charge a destination fee of $25 each day you stay with anybody telling you that. The staff in restaurant and bar are so rude and bad service because they already adding at 30%gratuity to each tap not matter what. So staff does not care to a good job because they already charging you the tip on tip of the billed. ”

“The room was clean but maintenance needed to be attended to, one side of the drape rod was broken so it hung down and lot of drape and sheer curtains needed hooks to hold in place, big hole in screen, and broken lamp. The biggest disappointment was when we entered building to check in and highly smelled of pot and this a non smoking property. The staff was friendly and room attendant was extremely helpful. Everything that you would need is all around this property. They just need more attention...
