“La struttura è comoda perché vicino al centro di Penzance. La camera ampia ma necessita insieme al bagno una sistemata e rinfrescata. La colazione non mi è piaciuta. Il locale colazione presenta un tavolo unico non sufficiente per tutte le persone e manca di attenzione ai prodotti usati (pane con muffa). ”

“Overall the property was very clean and everything was brand new. Great location and close walk to every where. Only down fall was the kitchen didn't have as many pots and pans if you wanted to cook a family meal. The iron was not working but we got a replacement the next day. The ceiling in the bedroom upstairs was quite low and became quite warm. The property does not have air con except for a fan in the living room. We took an additional fan with us which helped. I would recommend this...

“We stayed as a family of 4 in a superior apartment. The apartment itself is lovely and has been decorated really modern with nice touches. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the apartment could have been better for me. The sofa bed bedding was all in a ball in a cupboard, none of it was folded up or placed nicely so the bedding and pillows had dust and bits of rubbish on. “No one came to clean/empty bins etc for the length of our stay. It was very noisy. Constant doors banging in the middle of the night. Some drunk person knocking on the door after 9.30 pm. Reception staff were fine, but had to request clean towels/extra toilet paper.”

“The RWY is a beautiful spot and you can easily take the ferry from there to Cremyll (Cornwall) or round to Barbican which opens up access to all the different ferries and tours. The apartment was really good but some things needs to be attended to, the dryer option on the washing machine kept error in out so all clothes had to be hung on the clothes rack to dry, not the end of the world but inconvenient. “Booked as a self-contained room thinking it had a kitchen. It did - shared by the rest of the rooms on the floor. Hmmm. It felt like an institution - a key card to get through a barred gate, then again to enter the building, once more to enter the floor and finally a fourth time to enter the room. “Photos showed a room with a view. We were allocated a basement room with no view at all. Noise at below parking level was horrendous. I contacted pure serviced to try cancel our 2nd night for a refund. Their response was to refuse , and to offer a white noise machine to combat the noise! If I could offer zero stars, I would. I will never book another pure service property again, & suggest you do the same. Worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of using. Nowhere on my booking did it state id...
