“The hotel was in the process of being renovated during my stay but otherwise, the staff was polite and attentive and my room was very clean. My only complaint is that my room did not contain a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Beyond that, a great place to stay if you have business in Watertown.”

“This place is disgusting. There is brown liquid literally dripping down the walls in the lobby. Elevator was out of service, it reeked of cigarettes and marijuana, the room was filthy and had stains on the comforter and looked like someone had been laying on it, there was black hair all over the bathroom, rust, and dirt. There were also very sketchy people clearly living in the hotel. We left immediately and were denied a refund.”

“The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. I booked two rooms, each with two beds. On the morning of my arrival, I called the hotel and spoke with a representative who confirmed that both rooms were reserved next to each other. However, when I arrived that night, the front desk representative did not honor the reservation as previously confirmed. Instead, I was assigned two rooms that were far apart, and one of the rooms had only one bed instead of two. That room was also not properly...

“I rarely leave bad reviews, but my stay at Candlewood Suites Watertown was honestly very disappointing. Carla at the front desk was kind and accommodating, and she was probably the only positive part of the experience. The room smelled terrible, like a closed unused room full of dust and mold. There were spider webs everywhere, flies inside the room, and the living room area smelled very bad, like it had not been cleaned or used properly for a long time.
