“My refund request for our second booking was refused to refund . Gave 3 days notice which was more then required with Expedia terms But the motel refused refund. Not impressed”

“Buon albergo vicino agli città. Reception molto cortese che si è sbattuta per una nostra richiesta. Camere piano terra comode con accesso facile al parcheggio. Buona la colazione. Pulito e confortevole”

“The hotel is conveniently located close to a busy highway but quiet in the room. Check in was easy and pleasant. Good coffee maker in the room which was nicely laid out and equipped. The adjoining restaurant offered a nice menu range at good prices. ”

“The room was great. I especially loved that they came equipped with a sink. I found the mattress challenging to have a good nights rest, but they provided me with an extra pillow for added comfort. The dorm itself was more spacious than I thought with plenty of storage and drawers. I also appreciate the locked washrooms being equipped with showers. I was under the impression that shower stalls were going to be the mode of use, so that was a pleasant surprise. I will definitely be back!”

“The rooms were clean and appear recently renovated. The property was tidy. The front staff were not overly attentive and it took about 10 minutes before someone acknowledged my arrival at the front desk when I checked in. ”

“Breakfast was fresh Staff were friendly, Stinky halls. We Left baskets of clothing behind and staff denied seeing it.. liars and thieves. Pet friendly yet staff scared of cats. A big deal was made every time they had to clean our suits. ”

Non mi è piaciuto che il giorno prima mi hanno spedito email dicendo che se non telefonavo entro la giornata x dirgli il numero carta di credito non mi avrebbero tenuto la camera, invece su prenotazione c'era chiaramente scritto che avrei pagato al mio arrivo”

“Very well maintained property on a lake with a beautiful view. Good location to venture out and this is also a very quiet area. There is restaurant pub across the st that has good food as well a cafe a block away that has very good coffee ( D and Jo's Market) Sobey's grocery and a few other stores are about a 3 min drive away. Staff is very friendly. The bed was very comfortable --Medium firm (King -unit #10)”

“We met Hotel Staff named William during check-in. He was greeting us with smile and very polite. He explained everything we need to know. We very satisfied with his services! The hotel conditions was excellent similar as other hotels we booked at Phoenix and in Seattle. This hotel brand is our first choice to stay when travel.”

“Hot breakfast was a nice addition that I hadn’t realized was included! Property is a little odd (check in on 3rd floor), but it is an amazing property with large, well-appointed rooms!”
