“I came for an official trip. Considering the nature of the trip, this was prudent to have a good night sleep and comfort to get recharged for the next day. After I made reservation, I made a phone call and requested for a room of my choice . I am so glad that all my requests were understood and considered. The front desk is super helpful and all the members of the team are friendly and knowledgeable. I am glad that I chose to stay at Zermatt. ”

“Wonderfully restored property. The staff were very kind. Parking, check-in, and access to the building were all easy/quick. Breakfast was excellent. The only inconvenience in our particular room (not sure it's an issue through the property), was that the window AC unit didn't circulate the cold air very well throughout the room, and the cold air concentrated around the bed.”

“The front desk lady was very nice, she got around and was also at burger place next store working. It was clean, needs some updating the air conditioner was not great and had to use personal fans to stay cool while sleeping. Overall was a great stay!!”

“Everything about the facility was beautiful and amazing, and their staff works hard to make it that way. The on-site amenities include an exercise room, a pool, 3 hot tubs, 4 cornhole boards, and various fire pits at night, over which you can cook smores (guests are provided with a complimentary smores kit). “Right on down town is perfect for a walk to Melvin’s or right there for something quick to Panda Express. Parking is a little tight but just right especially with the laundry mat right there. If your working from out of town like I am it’s pretty ideal”

“Increibles instalaciones, la alberca volada esta increible y la vista desde los jacuzzis. El servicio expectacular y el que te reciban despues de esquiar con un chocolate calietne y bombones son un gran detalle. Lo mejor es el poder salir esquiando desde el hotel directo a las pistas”

“We loved staying here! Literally couldn’t have better access to the mountain!!! We also loved the hot tub, coffee, and the lounge area on the first floor. Not a ton of dining options in the village but we enjoyed them all and the short walks between everything!”
