“Room was spotless and no complaints at all”

“Our room was lovely and a lot of care had been taken in its decoration. The bathroom was fully tiled with a Mediterranean feel. The hotel is very clean and the staff put in a lot of hard work to keep it so. We had a meal in the restaurant on our first night which was very nice and the bar was open to residents until 10.00 pm. Peccato che nella prenotazione di HOTELS non è stato assolutamente specificato che la camera nostra era una specie di capsule room (penso sui 12 mt), inadatta per due persone e per muoversi con le valigie. Men che meno si poteva capire che questa tipologia fosse diversa da altre presenti in hotel, visto che era una doppia con letto doppio senza altra specifica. “Absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone. The beds were super comfortable, room well maintained and all the staff we met were so super friendly and helpful. Thanks so much especially to Justine and Chris for making our stay so relaxed and easy. Can't say enough about this place!”

“The hotel is very handy. Staff in the restaurant friendly and helpful. The first room n. 308 was very nice but unfortunately the air conditioning wasn’t working and nobody could repair it as it was a Sunday. We were moved to another room the day after. Can’t rooms be checked before the customers’ arrival?”

“.There was big fat flies coming out of the bathroom air vent. .The entrance smells smoky. .It was the heat wave and asked the staff for a fan and he said he will bring it but never did. .I did not get a beach view i was taken to a hostel around the corner about 3 mins away from the beach. .Did not use the bar.”

“Molto comodo per chi viaggia da e per aeroporto , in zona non c’è molto , ma è fornito molto bene con un Mc donald di fronte e dei negozi . Nel piano superiore c’è un ristorante è un bar con la visuale della posta dell aeroporto ! Davvero consigliato ”

“Ho prenotato, per 2 notti, 2 camere con letto matrimoniale e mi han dato 2 camere con letti singoli. Dopo la richiesta di avere la camera esatta, mi hanno dato una camera che odorava di vecchio, muffa. Ci siamo fatti spostare e ci hanno dato una camera già occupata, ci hanno spostato ancora in una camera adatta.
