“Our room was large, quiet, and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. We had a coffeemaker, microwave, and mini-fridge. Because of the hotel layout, we had to carry our luggage a long way to get to our room. Also, the breakfast menu was exceptionally limited -- coffee, juice, fruit cup, and granola bar. Still, this property offers good value for money.”

“Nothing was as shown or described. There was no TV to watch . There was a small flat screen TV that sat on a small coffee table, unplugged, with no where to plug it in. There was only one outlet in the entire room, which had an old tiny mini refrigerator plugged in and so that I could plug in my phone charger. The room was not even the room advertised. It was a tiny room, not swept or vacuumed, no top sheet on the bed, broken window taped up, along with the broken blinds. There was absolutely no...

“Check in staff person could’ve been friendlier, it seemed she didn’t want to be there n it showed. Room was clean n beds were comfortable. Only stayed 1 night, because it was overpriced due to graduation wknd. ”

“Clean rooms, staff is nice. Parking is great. Breakfast was horrible, only offered buffet and it was cold. It was really noisy with other guest for the weekend. In the area there is homeless all around on the streets ”

“Room was updated and clean Staff was very friendly Guest on the floor were very rude. Up at 3am, Slamming doors and talking loud for hours. Didn’t have breakfast but large area plus I saw a gym. ”

“Smelled of mold and cigarettes. Could barely fit into the bathroom and if you turned on the fan it sounded like a truck engine. Only pancakes for breakfast. By far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in and we payed $250 a night. Should gets FULL refund.😡😡😡”

“What a beautiful stay! So quaint and beautiful on the lake. The rooms are very roomy, beautiful bathrooms. The staff is lovely. Breakfast limited to only French toast or cereal but French toast was delicious! We came up for Binghamton graduation and everything was sold out in Binghamton. So happy we ended up staying here! Would come again!”
