“Hotel was overrun with kids screaming and banging on walls and doors for hours, till the parents were all finally given an ultimatum around 11pm. The night manager did his best; but when I felt forced to check out early because of how ruined my evening was, I was told they couldn’t (wouldn’t?) issue a refund. ”

“The hot springs were the reason we drove to Harrison and they were amazing. The resort itself is quite dated and could use updating. Our bed was uncomfy unfortunately, but we were just there for one night. However the view from our rooms balcony was fantastic! We were a little annoyed when we pulled up to the resort as there was a movie being filmed and it was very loud and chaotic, but the lovely lady at the front desk upgraded our room and put us on the opposite side of the film production...

“Richca Chalet Resorts is recently renovated and has high end upgrades. We were most impressed. The staff were incredible. We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend this Resort.”

“We had the best stay we’ve ever experienced at a hotel in Chilliwack. Our room was incredibly spacious and exceptionally clean. Not just the room, but the entire hotel and all the amenities were spotless and very well maintained. Every time we visited the pool, we noticed staff actively checking towel supplies and monitoring the pool area, which really showed how much care goes into keeping everything clean and safe. The front desk staff were welcoming, friendly, and very accommodating...

“Quick check-in, friendly staff, clean room (no carpet), looks recently renovated/ upgraded. Comfy bed and soft pillow. Had a good nights finally. Price was good. AC if you need it. Parked in front of room.”
