“Dynasty hotel is a great place to enjoy your vacation, 10 minutes away from the city center, very quite neighborhood, walking distance to the supermarket, has free car parking, beautiful pool, spa, Jacuzzi. Front desk was welcome us with glass of wine, which is rare. Outstanding customer service by front desk Gayane A., and Mush M. (Forgot the last names). Thank you again for your excellent service. “Soggiorno orribile, Appena arrivara mi hanno assegnato una stanza in un altra struttura fatiscente , con porta che non si chiudeva e appartamento osceno vecchio , in rovina. Ho chiesto spiegazioni del perche' la stanza non corrispondeca alle foto , e si sono giustificati dicendo che era la stanza economy. Mi hanno proposto di cambiare stanza al prezzo di 8000 dh, quando ho saldato gli extra 8000 dh , quasi 20 euro in piu' , mi hanno poi assegnato una stanza al terzo piano con puzza di fumo...

“Hervorragende, moderne, vermutlich nagelneue Anlage. Nicht direkt in der Innenstadt, diese jedoch zu Fuß oder mit dem Shuttlebus des Hotels sehr einfach zu erreichen. Wobei ich in der Regel zu Fuß unterwegs war, zum Shuttle-Bus daher nichts Genaueres sagen kann.”
