“I stayed at Hotel NoVo Agra as a solo traveler, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel felt completely safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and always available whenever I needed anything, which made me feel very welcomed. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained — perfect for a solo trip. The location is also excellent, close to the Taj Mahal and other popular spots, so getting around was very easy.”

“La struttura da fuori appare ben tenuta. Purtroppo entrando si sente un brutto odore in ogni locale. La lenzuola e gli asciugamani avevano macchie e facevano un odore indicibile. La pulizia del bagno era pessima. Tutti i pulsanti ed il condizionatore mobile erano pieni di ditate sporche. Nonostante avessi chiesto in reception il cambio della biancheria, questo non è avvenuto. Nota positiva è il cameriere Hakim Singh che ci ha servito durante le 2 cene trascorse in hotel ed è sempre stato...
