“The breakfast was great, lots of variety and fresh options. The kitchen staff was excellent, keeping items stocked and the area clean. The pool area is small not like the picture in the advertisement. The pool was cold and the hot tub was down for part of our visit without any explanation. We were promised, after first night, that we could have ajoining rooms. But when we checked on change, I was still in old room and the room promised was given to someone else. I moved to closer room but unable to have ajoining room as was promised by 2 staff members. We had a 4 year old and the convience of adjoing rooms would have greatly improved...

“Very nice property, close to restaurants and bars. Close to the ocean. The ocean view they advertise is pretty limited. Our room smelled pretty mildewy and got pretty noisy in the courtyard most nights to the point that it woke us up several nights. Our TV and cable box was disconnected for some reason. I had to plug it back in to get the TV to work. Nice staff, but not the most friendly. Weren't rude, but definitely didn't seem very interested in talking to us or checking that our stay was...

“Linens on the trundle bed were SOILED! We also had ants in the room, and the plumbing had some issues. Also, coffee and tea area only available in the lobby from 7:30am - 4pm. We had the read online that each room came with a coffee machine/Keurig. Since we wake up early, we had to wait a while for a morning coffee. It was inconvenient. The main positive is that the property is in a great location, very close to the beach and village shops. The grounds are pretty. The room had a gas fireplace,...
