“The property was once great, but is looking tired. The Westin is famous for their comfy beds, and ours was creaky, the coverlet looked worn, and the pillows were not soft. The coffee machine was broken as well. Not sure what’s up, but I’ll pass next time.”

“I stayed for two days and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The cafe employee was rude, which made us feel unwelcome. Housekeeping was also lacking, our towels and water were never replaced during our stay. Overall, the service did not meet expectations, and I hope management improves customer service and guest care. ”

“The room had a terrible musty smell… It was next to a water filtration system that ran all night and was extremely noisy. The floor was so dirty. I had to throw away my socks and despite having a two night reservation, we left after one. Regards RT”

“One of the worst motel experiences I’ve had. The room had a strong unpleasant odor, visible grime and maintenance issues, damaged fixtures, and an extremely loud AC unit that made the room uncomfortable to stay in. The overall condition felt dirty and poorly maintained. When we brought up our concerns after returning from dinner, staff was unhelpful and dismissive rather than trying to resolve the situation. Overall a very disappointing experience, and we would not stay at this location again.”

“The only thing I recommend is having family with children be a couple rooms away from single guests. Only because majority have work early in the morning or haven't had any rest all day and are looking forward for a peaceful night. All in all the place was really great, very beautiful and clean.”

“Very well decorated with a super cool ‘vibe’. Bed was amazingly comfortable! Really nice extras (coffee and maker, all utensils, etc) and super nice appliances! Nice private and shared sitting area with fire table. Took the bikes (they were a little tired). Nice location, close to Carlsbad and Oceanside. Would stay again if in the area!”
