“The best and most unique thing about this property was the staff. There was a gentleman whose name I unfortunately don’t remember, but he was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. I didn’t know how to call a taxi, and he kindly helped me arrange everything. His patience and willingness to help made my stay so much easier and more enjoyable. I truly appreciated his kindness and excellent service. This was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had, and I would definitely love to come...

“We arrived at the hotel at the time fixed for the check-in. No one was there for us, just a sign basically saying "I'm out for other activities. In case you need me call me". As we couldn't make intercontinental call, we waited more than 2 hours and no one showed up. We reached expedia to help us. They haven't solved our problem.
