“Check in was easy. Smoke detector missing from room. Exposed wires. Unknown substance on the wall. Security door on North side unable to close. Anyone could come in. ”

The room I received does not match the description on Expedia. I reserved a King Efficiency Suite specifically because it listed a queen sofa bed, but I was assigned a basic single room with just a king bed. This is a poor and inaccurate representation of what is being offered.”

“Checking in we were greeted by a group of oilfield workers hanging around the front door and not letting you in. The initial receptionist was friendly, but she was the only one. There was a clerk in training, but they were left alone. When we got to the room the furniture was old, torn and uncomfortable. The desk chair was wobbly. The bedspread had black marks and makeup (I hope) on it. The thermostat was hard to figure out. We had to leave it on 77 to 78 which would freeze you or burn up...
