“The hotel is very new, clean, and smells divine. I wasn't super sure about staying here with children, but it turned out to be totally great and fun given the amenities. The beds were comfy and the room had everything we needed. We didn't go to the casino, so can't comment on that, but as a hotel, you'll definitely enjoy your stay!”

“The people above were stomping around. Had to go tell the front desk. They calmed down for a while. But after we went to bed they started being loud again. Very rude.”

“Although the room had been "cleaned" it smelled of stale cigarette smoke and dirty carpet. It was a no smoking room. The door knob on the inside of the bathroom was falling off, so you couldn't close the door. The faucet in the sink in the room was dripping, the only chair was dirty, and the upholstery was so worn there were holes in it. We did not stay. We forfeited our payment and left.”

“This hotel has a lot of potential. Some of the Front Desk staff was super accommodating.. It’s a hotel that is figuring out its new status. The name boutique hotel is aspirational at this point, but I’m hoping that the expanded gentrified downtown reaches the hotel so that it can truly own the boutique hotel moniker.”

“My main complaint had to do with the bathroom in my room. I discovered the toilet wouldn’t flush after urinating in it; and the sink wouldn’t drain without holding the drain stopper up. Parking was easy, staff was helpful, and breakfast was better than most.”

“Room was very nice and comfortable. Appreciated the temprepedic mattress topper. Also, slow clap and extra stars for supplying 3 pillows per person and 3 types of pillow. Well done. Robes, nice continental breakfast, GREEK yogurt parfait bar. AND yet another solid choice, GLASS not plastic bottles of San Pelecrino in the no host honor bar. Tiny area for improvement, great job having a bottle of still water and glasses waiting the room. Refill the bottle in the mornings or...place a pitcher...

“The only thing good about this hotel is that it is pet friendly and pets stay there for free. Otherwise there was blood and cigarette burns on the comforter in our first room & the TV didn't work. Went and complained about it & switched rooms. And before you even start, yes, I know it's a motel 6. I know what I'm getting and walking in to, however, that DOES NOT mean that it should be unkept this bad and that anyone should have to endure this & pay for it. “We liked the smaller size. It was busy sometimes but never chaotic. The breakfasts were excellent with lots of variety to please every family member. We also liked that the hotel had a elevator. It made it easier on my 85 YO Mom.we did not use the hot tube or pool so we don't have a response on them. The staff was great! They even helped me find a stellar locksmith to open our truck after I locked the key in it. They showed up promptly & got us back on the road with only a 30 min total delay -...
