“Clean room great location”

“It was our wedding anniversary and the Mrs and i thought we give Spokane tribe resort and casino a try, it was the best decision we ever made. The staff and establishment was excellent and will certainly come back,thank you, oh would like to give a front desk staff member I think his name is Jon and help me in a predicament with me and my dog being locked out of our room an me without credential to prove that was my room went to a procedure to get me another room key to get back in my room, so...

“If I we're too see the actual property before I booked the room , We would not stay at this place. It looked ok from the outside but the place hadn’t been updated for decades, we didn’t even have a lamp on the nightstand.”

“Room was nice, bed comfy. Bathroom was almost out of TP with no spare insight. All in all was good. Would stay again.”

“Although the front staff excelled at customer service, the breakfast staff did not. The coffee urns were empty and the food storage was empty as well. Worst breakfast I’ve ever had.”

“Staying here is like stepping back in time to a more elegant and refined era. The house is filled with antiques and has been decorated with great taste. It has a wonderful sitting area downstairs, and the bedrooms are whimsical and delightful. The breakfasts far exceeded my expectations. Maybe best thing of all is the proprietor, Holland. She is warm, engaging and thoroughly charming. My wife and I hope to have reasons to visit Spokane, again, soon, so we can stay here, again. ”

“Menu had hot items that were good. Hot tub was perfect. Those are my two requirements.”

“The first room they had us stay in was dirty, and the toliet was not working. There was a piece of floor was missing in the kitchen. They put us in a new room. It was slightly better but it was also not really clean. The tv didnt work. Stain on the beds, walls, baseboard heaters. Room was not well maintained. Ice machine was not working. The door the the building was also not working. Stairs are also very steep, no elevator.”

“Long walk to room. Toilet paper was see through. Weird navigation from freeway. Beyond that it was ok.”

“The facility was older but clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was satisfactory, but the bathroom was in poor shape. The bathtub had some type of epoxy like they use on boats all over the bottom of the tub. It was bumpy and peeling. The bathtub was very uninviting. I contemplated not showing because it looked like the stuff on the tub would come off. I would definitely not take a bath.”

“The smell was absolutely horrible - and it lingers on everything I had with me on the trip. Carpets were filthy & stained. Comforter & blankets had numerous old cigarette burns all over them. Mattress VERY old and worn out. There was a wooden block under my bed holding the middle of the sagging bed up. The upholstered chair was covered in stains. The towels were very small worn and scratchy. There were gross fingerprint sized globs of an unknown substance on the remote. I was supposed to be...
