“The hotel lobby was closed when we arrived about 6pm....we had to call and get a door code for our room...only 2 towels for a 4 person room.... dried blood spot on a comforter....outlets were dirty...could hear the people in the room next door talk very clearly (no insulation or sound proofing)....sheets didn't match....no stopper for the tub to take a bath....heat/AC wouldn't keep consistent temperature. All in all in was very unpleasant experience and we will not be staying there again on...

“Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the coffee machine in the lobby for fresh coffee at 2:30AM when we left for the airport. ”

“The first thing upon entering the room was a personalized welcome displayed on the TV screen...nice touch. Room was super clean, breakfast absolutely amazing, and when you exited the room into the hallway, there was always soft music playing over the built-in speaker system. I just felt it gave a nice sense of elegance ans sophistication”

Also yes Place was super run down, dingy hotel Room was “tidy” enough but pretty run down, the pictures from the Expedia site really should be updated as they look like they were taken over 20 years ago, everything looks very aged now. The bed was super creaky and uncomfortable. We had pillows that were all mismatched, one was super flat and hard, one super fluffy and one smelly. Wish I had brought my own pillow. The walls are so thin I was kept up all...
