“The resort is outstanding, well maintened and well located. I've loved the room, but the bathroom smelled so bad. I've noticed the reception, but they would not change the room. That's the only thing i have to complain. The food wasn't good in the italian (not italian) restaurant and in the asiatic. I've loved the cafes and the buffet, i strongly suggest both. The price-quality is perfect”

“La nostra prima esperienza in un resort di lusso. Tutto è stato spettacolare: dalle camere sempre in ordine e pulite, ai servizi, ai diversi ristoranti, sia il principale a buffet con proposte sempre nuove tutti i giorni sia i ristoranti “a tema” come il sushi piuttosto che il ristorante brasiliano. “Grande delusione ho sbagliato prenotazione di un giorno in anticipo rispetto al mio arrivo, ho chiesto a Hotel.com di cui sono cliente da oltre 30 anni, di tenermi buona la notte non goduta per fare le 5 notti pagate € 1056,00 e ne Hotel, ne il manager di Allegro Cozumel mi sono venuti incontro! Per cui ho dovuto prenotarmi un altro hotel e ripagare una notte ma ma sono stata fortunata al Coralia Cozumel, struttura nuova bellissima dove tutto è funzionante mentre ad Allegro Cozumel la doccia...

“This was a gorgeous property. Very clean, staff was very helpful with everything we needed. The food at all the restaurants we tried was excellent. The only thing we would suggest is that they could use more directional signs. It's easy to get lost and hard to find your way to wherever you want to go. ”
