“The resort is outstanding, well maintened and well located. I've loved the room, but the bathroom smelled so bad. I've noticed the reception, but they would not change the room. That's the only thing i have to complain. The food wasn't good in the italian (not italian) restaurant and in the asiatic. I've loved the cafes and the buffet, i strongly suggest both. The price-quality is perfect”

“Deve essere stato un grande hotel negli anni 80’, meriterebbe una ristrutturazione, comunque si sta benissimo, personale super gentile, si mangia bene, il mare è uno spettacolo!”

“Grande delusione ho sbagliato prenotazione di un giorno in anticipo rispetto al mio arrivo, ho chiesto a Hotel.com di cui sono cliente da oltre 30 anni, di tenermi buona la notte non goduta per fare le 5 notti pagate € 1056,00 e ne Hotel, ne il manager di Allegro Cozumel mi sono venuti incontro! Per cui ho dovuto prenotarmi un altro hotel e ripagare una notte ma ma sono stata fortunata al Coralia Cozumel, struttura nuova bellissima dove tutto è funzionante mentre ad Allegro Cozumel la doccia...

“Rooms were spotless and serviced every day. Beautiful stay in the middle of woods with a serene and accessible beach. We stayed 5 nights with all inclusive package. Things we loved: - Direct access to the water to snorkel and it was worth it - Beautiful location -Beautiful architecture -love how the light hit the chandeliers in the main area - Clean rooms -Clean pools - Great staff (except front desk) -Loved the New Years celebration Things to be aware of: -there is one pool for activities...
