“I would like to share my experience staying at this hotel. During my visit, I hosted a friend in my room. At other hotels, no additional fees were requested for registering a guest; however, here they asked for a 10 BD fee as an extra charge. There was no prior clarification on this fee, and I felt the situation was a bit awkward. I recommend that this policy be clarified for the future, so other guests do not face the same confusion.”

“Good hotel in Juffair, I stayed in a very large and clean room but with the only flaw being the window which did not close properly because it was broken. The staff and security were very kind. The hotel is generally a bit noisy until 2am, on the ground floor, middle floors (6/7/8) and on the twentieth floor there are restaurants, clubs, pubs, games room, so it is very convenient if you are looking for some nightlife.”
