“Excellent service”

“The room was literally falling apart. The door to the room was falling off the hinges and the lock was barely attached. The closet door was hanging in pieces. The tiles in the bathroom were missing grout and were broken. The air conditioner struggled to cool the room in May. The wall paper was peeling off the walls. And when we mentioned issues to the staff the response we got was a snarky "that's why we're renovating".”

“Good experience overall. Room was clean and enough spacious. Minor concerns would TV not working properly. The breakfast was decent and it had plenty options.”

“Loved our room, bed was comfortable. The front desk lady wasn’t the kindest . No luggage carts to be found as we looked for hours to bring up a heavy luggage. The lady at the bar was the best as she found a cart for us. Swimming pool hand rail was broken as the hot tub rail which is dangerous. Only 3 lounges in the pool area no chairs. Washer and dryers are in a closet, could definitely have another set on another floor.”

“The pictures make this hotel look MUCH nicer than it is. The room was musty, and way too hot. The AC was not on so we had to get the room cooled down when we arrived. The curtains had either a lot of dirt on them or stains, the bedding smelled unpleasant and the bathroom fan switch was broken AND had visible black mold on the ceiling. The front desk staff was kind at check in and check out and that process was easy but still… 10/10 would not stay here again”
