“It’s a great boutique hotel in a lovely setting which has been very recently tastefully renovated. All the interiors are stylish, great SPA, good restaurant and service, wonderful outside spaces incl. pool. Breakfast is a bit limited but good, coffee isn’t great
Lots to do in the area as well. Rathfinny winery just nearby was a happy find with a great restaurant, hiking routes to Seven Sisters, Alfriston village is a gem

“Not far from the railway station (a nice 15 minute walk), and the pedestrian area ( 5 minutes) very kind and always available staff. They assigned me a doble room even though i was alone. Right below the hotel there is the stop for the 700 bus with wich i went to Brighton. I would happily return to this hotel.”
“The Arlington served the best hotel breakfast that I have ever experienced! All breakfast items were of a high quality and really tasty. Service was amazing and the rooms were comfortable. Parking is a challenge but this goes for most seaside hotels.”

Bed good night sleep, bathroom choice of raindrop or hand held showers, all bathroom requirements supplied.
Room had coffee machine and kettle plus various drinks and biscuits supplied.Tv had sky sports and terrestrial channels.
Outside veranda with seating and a bonus of veranda doors completely opened up giving a great view overlooking the marina from inside the room.
The room also benefitted from air conditioning.

“The hotel was in a great location, right on the seafront and within a 10 minute straightforward walk to the Lanes. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and had a higher professionalism than I've encountered recently in London hotels!
The room itself was spacious, clean and with a gorgeous view of the seafront and pier. I would definitely stay there again.”
