“My stay was fine, even if the price was a little high for the value. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. The location was good, with easy access to restaurants and GSMNP. The grounds of the hotel were beautifully manicured. My only complaint was with the included breakfast. It was not served until 8:00, and the only items served were breads/pastries, cereals, hard boiled eggs, and drinks. No hot entrees, no fresh fruit, no yogurt, and...

“It should be named NASTY COCKROACH HOTEL! The place needs a severe update and an exterminator. I had to go to Tennessee to attend my father's funeral over the weekend. The room #137 I was in for one night and I killed 5 COCKROACHES! The bathroom wall had a previous hole and instead of repairing it correctly someone patched it and just painted over it.
