“My fifth time at the Grantham Arms in 4 years and it's always excellent. Lovely staff, fun, clean rooms and really comfortable beds. What's not to love about a place that maintains such consistently good standards? Breakfast was also beautifully cooked as well.”

“The Inn at South Stainley Stayed one night only Stayed in room 6 in the annexe, a short stride from the main building. Super king bed, spacious warm and welcoming room, spotless . Good size bathroom with both rain shower and body shower. Complimentary toiletries including shower caps! Dressing gowns and slippers, a lovely touch). “The staff were courteous on arrival and gave us a tour of the beautiful building before showing us to our room. The house and surrounding environment were superb. The room was comfortable and clean albeit a little too warm at night. Our breakfast was tasty and varied served by a very polite young lady. We enjoyed our brief stay very much and would recommend it to others. ”

“What a find! Lovely warm welcome, very comfortable accommodation and the staff are absolutely fantastic. Breakfast was delicious- Italian food at its finest. The food, service and coffee were just a delight. We will definitely will be back when we are back in Yorkshire ”

“Very comfy big bed, shower and taps took ages to get hot, but eventually did. Lots of tea and coffee options in room together with a fridge with wine and snacks if required. Breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly. Bit strange going in and out at back of the building, but happy to recommend as somewhere central to stay.”
