“Room was very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great!!! Only down fall was when we came back to hotel around 845pm parking lot was full no where to park and the 2 handicap spots had cars in them with no handicap stickers!!”

“Honestly wouldn’t recommend but if you’re on a budget, it’s okay. To start, we walked into our room with the whole floor wet and a huge puddle. There were grimy and rusty marks all over the walls. Holes along sides of outlets and fixtures. Pieces of paint/wallpaper ripped or damaged. Had to plug in all appliances, phone, alarm clock, fridge, and microwave. The microwave looked like it had blown up prior to our arrival. Tried to turn it on and it smelled like burnt popcorn. Provided coffee...

“breakfast buffet had waffle maker but when I asked if they had sugar free syrup. She said no. It is available at many hotels or restaurants. The grass around the hotel was high but I realize there has been a lot of rain. For my dog , we had to find an area of grass that had been recently cut for her to walk around in front of the hotel.”

“Place is very trashy a they literally follow you around the property. And watch to see who goes in the rooms, a they are very rude and wont give you fresh towels an rags unless you bring the dirty ones to the office. I’ll never go back there again”

“Super friendly staff at check in and wonderful amenities. They have happy hour from 5-7 where you can get two free drinks and a wonderful breakfast buffet. This facility always seemed to go the the extra mile in making our stay enjoyable. The room was clean and well maintained as well.”

“The room had a very large roach that I could not corner Very illusive Breakfast was not that great too few options with no oatmeal that I could find Then we got up at 6 am for breakfast Saturday only to find out it didn’t start until 7 am The worst part was the $150 deposit I have stayed at 5 Star hotels that don’t do that For that area the deposit was just ridiculous The room wasn’t even $150 which should have tipped Me off not to stay there but it was a Best Western branded...

“Hard place to stay after a 16 hour drive. There wasn’t breakfast like it stated so that was upsetting. We stayed in a room with a door connected to a bigger room almost like a home which was creepy we pulled up a table to it. We could hear music and banging all night. Bugs came inside our room from holes in guessing in bottom of door and a lizard was living in there that scared the crap out of me in the bathroom. I knew I couldn’t stay another night and left. I got refunded for 4 days but not...
