“For the most part, our stay was fine, but, bless me, the shower temperature was a hot mess! Every 4 seconds (I counted!), the water temp cycled from dangerously scalding to downright cold. Every. Four. Seconds. And it wasn’t some random issue in our room. We spoke with another guest and they said they experienced the same thing. It was almost rage-inducing. The one other issue we had was that, although there ended up being several inches of snow covering a sheet of ice on the sidewalks,...

“I was traveling by myself and the one bedroom cabin was perfect for me! It was clean and convenient to other locations along the river! The staff was responsive when needed and I enjoyed the partial view of the river. Very peaceful and quiet despite many vacationers. Would definitely stay here again.”

“A very well thought-through designed home on a very quiet lot right on the St Lawrence River. stunning decor and furnishings. Extremely clean. Views of the river are stunning to say the least. My business partner and I needed a place to stay while in Hammond. Couldn’t have made a better choice. “We had cottage #17. The cottage was excellent and very clean. Everything worked like it should, good water pressure, washer/dryer in the cottage, and 2 bathrooms! Management response to any question was fast and friendly. The only thing the cottage didn’t have was a good view of the river, although you can get a glimpse from the porch if you look to the right. However, that is not a knock as the cottage is an incredible value. You do have access to the river but it requires walking down a little...
