“The Stay at this property was everything I had hoped for. It was in a beautiful location and fairly easy to get to. The little room was clean, perfectly size and had lovely large windows to see the view. The amenities were tidy and worked exactly as they should. Contact with the host via text was super breezy and the host was incredibly accommodating. Overall, my partner and I had an amazing time and I would highly recommend if you want some intimate time away.”

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend at Space on the hill - warm, spacious, very comfortable, excellent kitchen facilities, private, beautifully decorated, everything we needed plus more! Thanks Beck for the treats and for being such a thoughtful and helpful host. We enjoyed the sweet town of Loch and the Sunday market up the road. The rain on the roof was lovely to fall asleep to! Loved the warm fire on a chilly night along with the old record player, cozy bed, waking up to the beautiful birds singing and delicious fresh produce for brekkie. No detail has been spared; this is one of the best places we've stayed. A beautifully renovated old school, highly recommend!”

“Very clean and tidy, comfortable, spacious, warm, quiet neighbourhood, comfortable beds. Very nice spa bath. Gas stove was big and easy to light. Couches were very comfortable. Refridgerator was a decent size with freezer at the bottom. Only negative was the single bed sheets were rather small and came untucked easily. The central heating worked very well however we noticed the noise of the air through the ducts because we were not accustomed to ducted heating. The property manager was very...

“After the initial problem getting in to the property we found it a very neat tidy cottage with a nicely appointed kitchen. All areas have been renovated, comfy bed in front bedroom. Things that would improve this property : .Definitely front door needs attention .Flyscreen Security doors front & back to enable air flow. .TV remote in bedroom didnt work(not a major thing) .Unable to hook up DVD to TV(this more likely my lack of technical ability & also not big deal) .Can opener would be handy ”

Now the stay was so cosy and lovely we really enjoyed our stay and the area is perfect for a relaxing break! “Borough Cottage is an exceptionally comfortable family home. We loved everything about it including the very generous breakfast hamper, the comfy couches and cosy warm bed. Sitting on the verandah enjoying breakfast and watching the resident Eastern spinebill family was a highlight for us birdwatchers. Highly recommended.”
