“I was very impressed with the hotel staff, room, and cleanliness of the hotel. I was at breakfast before breakfast was served and the egg omelet was warm and delicious! The hotel staff were very helpful checking me in and out of the hotel. The A/C worked great!”

“I stayed at the hotel from March 26-29. I had a double queen for myself and my aunt. The first night was fine, however when I woke up to get ready I noticed that our room didn’t have an iron. The front desk clerk was gracious enough to get me one. I went down for breakfast all days to see what they served and I was disappointed that they do not accommodate non pork eaters or those of us who can’t drink cow milk. “Check in was super simple. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I love fluffy pillows. Coffee was good and super easy stay. Very happy. ”

“Very good coffee is available in the lobby and the complimentary breakfast buffet is great. The bathroom towels aren’t very soft. We stayed 3 nights and had housekeeping service the room after the second night. They made the beds but didn’t change the sheets and they never vacuumed the floors. Kind of disappointing.”

“This is such a comfortable place. The food is good and plentiful. The staff is so friendly. I was welcomed warmly when we arrived. The General Manager steps in and does all the things she asks of her staff. She even remembers guest names. The rooms are very clean and large. It’s an ideal location if you want to shop at IKEA. I continue to return to this hotel when I’m in the Frisco area ”
