“The staff was great! Especially Miss Sonya❤️. You could definitely tell it was a remodel of an older hotel and the air con was not properly regulated in the hallways and elevators. The elevators also creaked very loudly and it was somewhat concerning. The cookies were delicious as always.”

“The smoke alarms go off constantly during the night and according to staff it’s been that way for a year. I chose to leave at 5am with the alarms still going off and wasn’t able to get any kind of breakfast. I did get a refund after discussing it with them for a month.”

“Unfortunate situation. I was doing a cross country drive. I wanted to stop so I booked 2 days, last minute, through Expedia. I arrived just before midnight. The room is clean but the bed was hard as a rock. I couldn't sleep. I was up by 5:30 in the morning, checked out before 6:30am. I asked the staff if I can get refunded my second day and was told to ask Expedia. I contacted Expedia and was told the hotel refused to release the second day payment.
