“The staff was great, the room spacious & clean. Our only complaints were the lighting. The sink is outside the bedroom in an alcove, which wouldn't be a problem if the walls had been painted white & higher wattage lightbulbs were used but being navy blue & low lit bulbs it was very difficult to apply make up or do my hair. Had it been a sunny day, I could have done all that by the window. It was so poorly lit I had difficulty changing my husband's bandage. Everything else was great. We would...

“The room and bathroom were clean. The frig froze any veggies/fruits I put in there. The pool was not heated to a comfortable degree/cold. I asked the cleaning people to give me some more styrofoam cups, and plastic drinking cups. It would have been nice to have some plastic silverware, and some paper bowl.small plates. Thank you”

“I had a terrible experience at this motel. The room had no heating and no hot water, which is completely unacceptable, especially in cold weather. When I went to the front desk to ask for another room, the staff were very rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, they treated me disrespectfully. Because the room was not livable, I left the motel. I believe I should be fully reimbursed, since they did not provide the basic conditions promised. I do not recommend this place to anyone.”

“We were not impressed with this property. The renovation in the lobby was beautiful from what we saw. However in the hallways and our room, it was a mess. There was paint splattered all over our floor. Black water kept coming out of our faucets and someone’s old food was left in our fridge. Getting to the location from the highway was kind of annoying and not having an elevator was pretty difficult. “Everything went smoothly, check in was quick, staff were friendly and wanted to go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Room was spotlessly clean and huge. Would definitely stay here again.”
