She was very disrespectful and have no respect for elders as well as didn’t honor my reservation and lied first saying it was sold out not knowing that I had already booked my room in advance. “The property is beautifully designed and in a very nice area of DC - The Wharf has come a long way. I loved being on the water. The amenities were great. Pool is a bit small and was filled with kids but still enjoyed it. Very nice gym and on site bar and restaurant. The price is pretty high but not surprising being at the location its at. The parking is 65 a night so heads up. Dont know if id return but id recommend checking it out. ”

“Our stay at the hotel began with a warm welcome from Ashley at the front desk. We loved the Harbor view, comfortable bed and close proximity to the piano bar at National Harbor. The parking garage was conveniently located next door and luggage drop off in front was always busy so pack light when you visit or just have patience waiting for a cart.”
