“Brand new property very clean extremely helpful front desk staff. My only knock was a lot of housekeeping staff smoked outside property and the smell carried with them into hotel.”

“My room was very clean. The staff was very quick at answering my questions. Parking was great. The heat and air conditioner worked great when I needed to use them. I really enjoyed my stay in Shelbyville.”

“I just want to note some things about the room. The bathroom smelled like mildew upon arrival. There is a hole in the wall on the wall behind the room door. A piece of the front door is missing when entering the room. There was something red in the wall to the right upon entering the door. The bathroom floor and lower wall has lots of wear and tear. “Continental breakfast and the beds were comfortable”

“The ,toilet didn't work properly. There was hair on the shower walls from the last guest that I had to rinse away. The HVAC unit was abundantly noisy. Bed was comfortable but I got a terrible nights sleep. Soap bar was the size of a half dollar. You couldn't get any lather on my wash cloth. All in all, not what I expected.”

“After arriving late at night and going to sleep, I woke up and realized the bed I was sleeping in was filthy. The shower did not work and the bathroom vanity was unfinished. I packed my things back up and checked out being told I would be refunded. No response when I reached out twice in the Expedia app. I called the hotel and was again told I would be refunded. This was 3 weeks ago and no refund. This place is just awful.”
