“Horrifying. This place should be condemned and rebuilt into a new place or used for making movies about crack addicts. The location is perfect for that option. Had to stay here because everything was booked up. The clothes still smell like smoke and the adivan wasn’t enough to keep me from hearing screams as I slept. Wish I had paid more attention to the reviews upon booking hence leaving one now. Wishing everyone all the best!”

“clean rooms but there were no towels and only one wash cloth. Soap was only body wash soap. It would have been nice if they also had bar soap. To be fair attendant gave us towels after I reached out to them.”

“To be very honest, the hotel provided a good room, but the neighborhood is horrible. 40 minutes from Manhattan, 25 minutes from downtown Brooklyn with a car. Staff is horrible, had to ask house keeping to come clean the room but they never showed up. Big reason to not book here is the AC system does not work. Had to sleep in extreme heat and that didn’t go well. Overall, don’t book here unless you are willing to pay less and sacrifice your sleep. Usually in New York you go to Manhattan and...

“It's a good solution for short stay close to the airport. Be aware, the shuttle service promise to get you at the airport in 15 min but it took 35 min toget any terminal and then we had take ”
