“From the valet to check in everybody was professional the rooms were clean. They definitely need a little updating, but we stayed there a few times and it’s just a nice place to stay.”

All of the staff were welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and the location was very accessible along the subway line with easy travel to the city centre and other attractions. There is also a continental breakfast included in the stay. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to New York and would recommend to others.”

During our 7-day stay, the carpet and floor were only cleaned once. Perhaps due to the holidays, toilet paper and tissues weren't replenished promptly; we had to call reception to have them delivered.”
