“They lied about the pool there is no cool. Also, it does not look like the picture. There’s no breakfast in the morning. I didn’t see no laundry room. I will not be staying here again. You didn’t have my pool.”

“Two of us had to go to Van Buren and I made reservations thru Expedia when I called to let them know we were in town they couldn’t find my reservation when I called back to see if it show up in system lady said she couldn’t reach me and my card declined so she canceled my reservation. I told her that wasn’t possible it showed pending. She said it would come off in a day or two. When we arrived at motel my friend paid and we left next morning. Once I got home I checked my account and payment...

“Nice hotel for the price; check in was simple and staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, our room had food in the trash and no dish soap (we had a kitchen). Good location and overall a nice stay.”

“The beds and bathroom were very clean. The Master Suite had 2 queen beds and a separate area with a double pull out couch. They provided bedding in a zipped bag for the double bed. That was a very nice touch. The air conditioning was in the separate area. The sleeping area did not have enough cool air pushed that direction unless you freeze out the person sleeping in the double. Positive...it felt amazing when you entered the room. It was 97 degrees.”

“It was horrible when I checked out they put my deposit back on card then froze it and rejected my deposit I called and they said I was smoking in room.I was not!they stole 100 dollars on a lie!!!!!!”

“The price is lower than others around for a reason. If you don't mind an older building with scuffs on walls and an elevator that needs attention but works then it's fine. It's clean, safe, with nice staff and the usual hot breakfast that was good. But, my toilet leaked on the floor, was told they were out of soap bars for the sink, and my keys didn't work for the door lock on most tries. It took a dozen tries to get the door open and was deactivated the second day of our stay.”
