“We loved everything about Condado Lagoon by Otium. Otium’s team was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. The room was spotless, the desk staff were friendly. The area is beautiful and we were able to watch sea turtles off our balcony every day. We didn’t plan to be stuck on the island for 6 extra days, but are very thankful we got to spent the extra time at Condado Lagoon! ”

“Clean, stylish and great location. Booked a room with a balcony so we could enjoy the warmth - came from winter back home. Didn't use the guests kitchen much but looks nice. Great bars / restaurant within walking. Chose beaches elsewhere, with safer swimming. 1 note - only one key given. Was an issue that we were doing separate things one day. We were told only one key per room. Great place, awesome people too!”

“i went alone for my birthday in november i loved the staff they were so welcoming and they explained everything throughly and i felt very safe. the pool was very clean and the hottub i couldnt stay out of it. everyday my room was cleaned and none of my stuff ended up missing i was leaving my suitcase wide up too. all the excursions was close to the hotel and the ubers was so cheap nothing over 20 dollars i loved it and ill be back ”

Park in front. Supermarket 250 meters away. The coffee machines in the lobby was a nice convenient surprise.”
