“Exterior was nice and it was in a nice location. Gloria checked us in and she was so sweet and amazing. Unfortunately the room did have a sour smell and just felt musty like the carpet needed a thorough cleaning or replaced. Door frames and corners could also use a good scrubbing. The bedding was clean and comfortable though so I slept well. The bathroom lighting felt dull and dark but I was able to do all the things I needed to. “Ice machine never worked on the first floor. Found one on the fourth floor working all week. Did not replace my plastic glasses. Had to go to the breakfast area to get one as directed by the check in counter”

“Generally love Springhill Suites. Hotel clean. Nice location in Alpharetta. Room spacious with sofa bed, refrig, microwave, and coffee maker. Heat was left on in room, so humid (summertime). No one at front desk so waited awhile to check in.”

“We had a great experience with this hotel. I broke my leg and they quickly accommodated me at check-in by allowing us to check in early, giving us a handicap accessible room, and the lady at the front desk helped me bring all my stuff to my room, everything was clean and will maintain the pool had towels for the kids to use when they got out they have a volleyball court and a basketball court along with grills and a bonfire area I couldn’t have asked for a better hotel thank you!”
