“The property was worn down. The furniture in the kitchen, bath and living room was stained and worn. The rugs were very dirty or so badly stained they didn’t come clean. The bedding felt unclean and the sheets were pilled. There was hair on the bedding in one bedroom. There was a smell to the property that the owner said was probably from dampness in the basement. The house is old so some things are to be expected but not with the cleanliness and wear and tear of the furniture. The host was...

“This is an absolutely great property. The unit was totally clean. The host was awesome Awesome. I would highly recommend you rent this one if you’re in the Grand Rapids area can’t lose plenty of dining within walking distance we loved it.”

“Michelle, and her team were truly awesome! We do wish the place would have had a washer and dryer, cooking utensils, more hand and kitchen towels, over door hangers for used towels, also, broom and mop, need more lamps for bedrooms. WiFi was a little spotty, maybe a book with instructions and near by groceries and services. This is our wish list! For the next time we come into Grand Rapids.Can’t wait to come back!!”

We appreciated how the ease of access to the highway that could take us to downtown Grand Rapids, or just as easily, to the main Allendale campus.”
