“Our first impression was poor because the young lady that checked us in was confused about our reservation and scrolling on her phone the whole time. Several times she didn’t even respond when I asked to clarify something. We had traveled 13 hours and were exhausted. The breakfast waitress was very sweet and we loved her. I wish I got her name to give her a shout out.”

“Room was clean. Linens changed daily. Bathroom recently remodeled. Breakfast area clean and well lit. Definitely a good value and will stay here again.”

“Rude staff. Unsanitary rooms. Mold and mildew everywhere. The room smelled like a dirty gym bag. Still grateful for a roof to sleep under. ”

“This place is terrible. It’s the worst I’ve ever been to. I got bitten by bed bugs that were laying in worth of five minutes. The place was really dirty and made me itchy. The bed sheets were stained and ripped. Hornets nest in the stairway. You don’t even get your money’s worth. Don’t come here ever!”

“Very disappointing experience. The elevator was not working properly, and the person who appeared to be the manager admitted it had been out of service for over a month. Only one elevator was functioning for a large number of guests, which caused long delays. The photos online do not match the actual condition of the property at all. At check-in, I had to wait over an hour because their system was not working. On top of that, the key cards were an issue—only one worked, and this was not just my...

“Nice place. Well put together and overall, friendly staff. Pleasant, cozy, clean room but could hear some outside sounds. Carpet a little stained, otherwise excellent. Included breakfast was basic. Afternoon tea (separate and open to the public) was not recomendable. Nothing like the real thing. Bar was well stocked. ”
