“The wonderful location of this home is very convenient to TCU. You can easily walk to campus. The neighborhood is nice and the home is nicely decorated. The beds are very comfortable and the air conditioning works great. Parking in front of the home was very easy. The host was wonderful to communicate with and responds quickly. We really enjoyed this neighborhood and would recommend this rental to anyone wanting to be close to TCU.”

“I would give this rental a 10 out 5 star if possible. We booked it for a 3 generation family girls trip weekend. It was PERFECT! The host was responsive. There were fresh flowers and bread waiting on us upon arrival. All the light switches were labeled. Homemade soap with the towels on our bed. The pool area and hot tub was amazing ”

The most important thing in any stay is the ability to rest well and it was hard. Check in was complicated by additional steps required by owner, including mandatory security deposit and picture of document. ”
