“This is by far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. My partner and I loved how spacious and clean everything was. Staff was amazing and friendly upon first impressions. Pool area was clean and the sun didn’t directly hit us due to the building, so you don’t have to worry about getting a tan lol. The only thing I would say I wasn’t a fan of is that there wasn’t as many options for breakfast (loved the waffles though). Overall amazing stay & would definitely stay again!!”

“Customer service was subpar and communication was horrible. We requested a late check out through the link provided and still got kicked out. We were told it was not approved, then why was it offered??? We had to have housekeeping come in when we first arrived because the furniture had not been wiped down. All of the furniture had nicks in it like someone had a party and trashed the room. We took pictures just in case they tried to charge us. But the beds were comfortable and breakfast was ok.”

“Room smelled weird. No privacy curtain other than the black-out curtain. Looked like it had been ripped off the track. Shower curtain smelled terrible. Shampoo bottle Lid was on so we couldn’t use the shampoo provided. And single-ply toilet paper was the WORST!! Partial gulf view was as advertised. Convenient covered parking. Pool on-site was convenient.”
