Struttura molto carina, pulizia ottima e super cordialità da parte di andrea, che si è messo a nostra disposizione per ogni necessità. Vista mozzafiato dal balconcino della camera e colazione abbondante e squisita servita in camera.

Certainly not 4 star service. NOT family friendly. Hotel parking was very far away from hotel and while they did pick up our bags (at a roundabout as there’s no designated place to stop near the hotel), we had to walk on a road with no sidewalk in heavy traffic and up a hill to get to hotel-with a baby in a stroller and me 8 months pregnant. Then up a further 5 flights of stairs to get to reception with no air conditioning. Had we known we wouldn’t have booked here. Check in only til 6.30 pm which isn’t very convenient. Then the not very helpful receptionist wanted to charge us an extra €70 on top of the almost €400 we already paid to have our 10 month old son in the room-despite telling us there was no baby bed for him. Managed not to be charged but left a bad impression. Bed very hard and uncomfortable in the room, Tiny bathroom which my husband and I couldn’t be in at the same time. Very small and cramped balcony, overall a very basic room. This hotel should be given 3 stars at best and should warn guests of the difficulty in getting there and the copious amount of stairs.the price was exorbitant given the service and amenities. This is a b&b, and one with really no common areas at all, except a small outside balcony which appeared to be locked. No bar no restaurant no nothing-it’s really not a hotel

F you can find it, youll love it!
The signage is poor making it very difdicult to find the hotel. We drove right past it and only found it after a genteleman asaociated with another hotel pointed us in the right direction. Getting to the hotel itself with luggage is very narrow with loads of cars whizzing by. Once at the hotel tou have to carry your luggage up 5 flights of stairs as there is no lift. Once at the top you are rewarded with a lovely room with modern amenaties and spectacular views. It is also located close to the old town for shopping, dining and touring.

I was only informed the time the reception closes on the same day, and it was impossible to reach the hotel on time I called Antonio, and he didnt make any effort to help with the situation, and didnt show any concern. On the website of the hotel, there is no information of what time does the reception close. If there was no availability in other hotels, my mom and I wouldnt have a place to sleep. Money lost, for his convenience!

Great spot in a very touristy area. Just off the beaten path, but a stone’s throw away from everywhere you want to be! We overlooked the harbor, and were just down the street from the main plaza. Lots of dining options within 5 minutes walk. Nice breakfast served in the morning. We left via ferry, and were able to stay in the room until we saw the ferry dock, and then strolled down to the dock (4 minutes walk total).

Simone at the front desk was exceptionally kind and informative. A joy to talk to. Carmela prepared an excellent and hearty breakfast and also was so nice to us . The view is captivating and the spot is close to everything. It is easily accessible from the port and bus station but the interior stairs are difficult to manage. So be prepared. Amalfi will always be a wonderful memory.

My initial impression of the Hotel was not very good. The hotel website states a charge for late check-in and that they will work with you- they will not. If you're not there by 18:30 you'll out of luck- period. There is no elevator- only steep stairs. The room we had was clean, simple beautiful. The view was great. The breakfasts are delivered to the room and are wonderful. Except for the initial debacle, Andre, the manager was great. He arranged transportation with a private driver and a scooter for us and was very helpful. This an old hotel, but maintained well. The entrance is right on a busy road and is precarious getting to the square, which is not far. I would stay at this hotel again.

I strongly advise against booking this property. The owner enforces undisclosed rules, denying check-in after 6:30 PM, which was not mentioned anywhere during the booking process. Despite arriving in Amalfi at 6:45 PM due to a delayed flight, the hotel owner refused check-in, showing no flexibility even for a 15-minute delay. Furthermore, he declined to refund the booking amount. Avoid this property if you want to avoid ruining your Amalfi trip.

Walk into a little green door, up a few steps into Paradise. The staff is amazing!!!! The views are stunning. They serve breakfast to your room daily and it’s all super safe. You can walk to any restaurant, port for boat tours, bus is close by and all shopping. Seriously, the best place to stay in Amalfi.

First of all like any property in amalfi coast it is in a location you have to carry your luggage up hill what we expected but the issue was the manager is only there for limited hours and the door to get into the building would not open with the key he gave us ! We struggled for more than half hour at 845 pm and unable to open. We called him several times sent what’s app Messages and no answer . Another couple came and they tried with their keys and they could Not open either . We four kept knocking the door and calling out finally a lady came out into the balcony from a floor above and came down and opened the door for us . She tried with her keys and could not open either . When we asked him next day his answer was phones are off after 630 pm and I am not here except check in and checkout times ! So we would have been sleeping on the steps outside of the lady did not hear us and come out to open the door . He did not even apologize infact he had the audacity to tell us no one ever had an issue with the keys and lock when three couples had issue at the same time !

Bom hotel mas de acesso muito complicado
Hotel bem localizado, muito proximo das principais atrações de Amalfi. Peca por não ter uma area para carga e descarga de malas, bem como não ter estacionamento, nem elevador. Ou seja, o custo da bela vista do quarto é estacionar a quase 1 km de distância ( pagando 50 Euros por dia) e caminhar com as malas por estes 700 m e depois subir 4 pisos sem elevador !!!!

Great location can be a bit hard to find but the ocean view makes up for it. Super clean and quiet at night. Great staff and breakfast delivered to your door. Would definitely stay there again.

Ein abgekartetes "Spiel", wie es auch andere Gäste beschrieben haben: man teilt dem Gastgeber frühzeitig mit, dass es nicht möglich ist, bereits um 18:30 h einzuchecken. Er zeigt dann Verständnis für diese Situation und bittet, 10 Minuten vor der Ankunftszeit anzurufen. Gesagt getan: um 19.30 h angerufen erklärt er, die Nacht sei verwirkt, weil ein Einchecken nur bis 18.30 h möglich sei. Der Clou ist aber dazu noch Folgender: Nach dem Telefonat bezüglich der späteren Ankunft wird das Zimmer nochmals "verkauft", doch auch diese Gäste sind zu spät und stehen vor dem Gebäude mit verschlossener Türe wie auch ich. Mehrmals "verkauft" - und niemand schreitet ein!

Extremely hard to find.
This hotel was very hard to find. No instructions or communications prior to arrivals. Does not include parking. It is far and you to walk a steep hill to arrive at hotel then go up stairs. Not for the faint. Add a. Extra 40 euros to stay. This should've been explained. Once you arrive it's all good. Staff was friendly and room had beautiful window views. Communication needs to improve.

The location is perfect. A short walk to shop, eat and the water. The staff was wonderful and very helpful with restaurant suggestions. Our room was very clean and comfortable. You cannot beat the view from the room and the balcony.

Good location, well serviced daily and good breakfast. Some advice - ensure you know where it is located prior to arriving then you won’t need to walk 100m back up the hill through the tunnel with your luggage.

Ocean view with a super delicious breakfast. We really liked staying there. A ferry terminal is right in front of the hotel and it's easy to walk around the town. A front desk person gave us some advice for the dinner places, and they were very helpful.

Absolute stunning! Views are breathtaking. You can walk anywhere in Amalfi. My husband and I loved everything about it. Fantastic staff. Breakfast in bed with amazing views from the balcony was more than we could hope. We highly recommend! 10/10 rating

Would not recommend this place. Arrived after many hours of travel at 1915 local time, called the proprietor to let us in, who had left the city and would not return until the next day. Additionally, the directions to the facility are unclear, as we wandered around with our suitcases and asked several businesses where this was. So I really do not know what the stay was like, as we were not allowed in. When asking for a recommendation for somewhere else to stay, the proprietor hung up on me. Would HIGHLY recommend Hotel Bussola, which is directly underneath this property.

Very nice people at the front desk, good price for the view. Be aware, you will need to climb a few flights of stairs to reach the hotel. The walls are a little thin so you can hear some activities from neighbors but otherwise a very well kept place.

The view from our lovely little terrace was fantastic! Andrea was very friendly and helpful and welcoming. The cleaning staff was great. Breakfasts were wonderful. Location was convenient and close to everything. There are lots of stairs so be prepared!

Lage perfekt. Frühstück im Bett mit Blick aufs Meer. Service super. Personal sehr aufmerksam. Wir bekamen Weingläser und einen Weinöffner gebracht als der Rezeptionist Andreas sah, dass wir Wein mitgebracht hatten. Parkservice vermittelt durch Andreas. Auto stand sicher in Parkgarage auf dem Berg. Etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Hotel war sauber.

Staff were very helpful & had a very good understanding of the English language as my Italian is nil. Breakfast was fantastic, and toom modern and beight. Very good accomidation for a fair price. We stayed here for 5 nights which allowed us to branch off and not be too far away from home base.

Overall a great spot to stay! Right near the beach and center. Andrea is extremely kind and a great host! Beautiful water views from our room. Very difficult to find though, if lost walk up the street and the door will be immediately on the left out of the tunnel (attached to the tunnel).

Horrible smell from the bathroom. Shower cabin full of mildew not draining properly Bathroom door had to be closed and window open all the time.They don’t respond to massages. Thanks to my friends I could use their bathroom. We reserved Superior Double Rooms. There was a big difference between rooms.
