“Loved it here! Super cheap price and you get amazing customer service and a HUGE room. We had 4 beds (two double, two twin) AND a kitchenette. The shower had amazing water pressure. “I stayed at four different hotels in Guatemala City and the Hyatt Centric was by far the best. The hotel is brand new. Rooms are decorated with a super modern design. The swimming pool in the rooftop was fantastic: I could swim seriously since, unlike in many other hotels, the pool was really long. Breakfast was excellent and the service was super good. I will definitely come back. ”

“The breakfast buffet was great, and the staff was attentive and friendly. However, our flight was very early, and when we turned on the water at 2 am, there wasn’t any. We were told they were doing maintenance, but it should have been communicated so we could have planned accordingly. Good thing we had two rooms booked. Not sure what was really happening with the water situation. ”
