To get to the Lobby, had to use an escalator, signage nearly non-existent to find lobby, security then point me to follow purple carpet. Had to go through casino and that's when I spotted a bellman, Phil. Then finally got to the lobby. He + I had to go back to the car to get luggage and then back to the lobby to get to room elevators. “The hotel pool was not working. Key cards were required to go up the elevator to your room; however, if you were on an odd level floor all of the ice machines were on even floors. You cannot take the elevator to the ice machine floors and have to use the stairs. It’s very inconvenient and frustrating.”
