Everyone was very nice and helpful. Our room was very nice and the extra stay heads in the shower were a real treat for my aching back. Dinner was outstanding and I guess that is why we were so disappointed in breakfast. Better tasting and larger variety at a Hampton Inn and it’s free there.

The Westin is conveniently located in downtown Cincinnati. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Check in was easy. Frances was a pleasure to work with.
