“There were several things we loved about our stay here: A very friendly staff who was always there to assist with whatever we needed. An added bonus was the shuttle to take us within a 5 mile radius. Megan was awesome and made us feel at home. Gym and pool areas were clean and easy to access. Breakfast options were plentiful. Fresh towels and blankets were just a phone-call away, and we really enjoyed the snacks in the room. We will definitely be returning soon.”

“This property is run down. The elevator seems to be borrowed from the tower of terror. The rooms are old, musty and the bathrooms are from another era. The towels were torn. This was a real bad experience.”

“Overall, the stay was generally okay, but there were two notable issues. First, the floor had some grime, which is somewhat typical for a motel room but still noticeable. Second, the plumbing seems inactive for a while because when first turning on the shower or faucet, or after flushing the toilet, the water initially runs yellow-brown. Fortunately, it clears up and runs clean in less than a minute.”

“We loved our stay here. The hotel is conveniently located by the highway and around many restaurants and shopping, there is a CVS at walking distance. The rooms were clean and staff is very helpful and friendly. When we checked in almost at 11pm, we had an issue with the room and the frost desk staff helped us to switch rooms immediately. She was warm and very welcoming. Truly appreciated that! The breakfast was reasonable and many options to choose from. I will definitely stay here again....

“We booked this hotel strictly for the indoor heated pool for the kids - only to find out that the pool was not working and it was super cold.”

“Only two of the receptionists were helpful and polite. The “light” continental breakfast looked like rats had attacked it. There was a (used) condom in the elevator, a bottle of baby oil was left in my room from a previous guest so they don’t clean very well, and the a/c in my room was broken so it was unbearably cold.”

“Overall the property was clean and the staff was nice. However, there was 2 situations when the elevator broke down. The power went out in the hotel and I had to use stairs. Also, during my stay—housekeeping did not clean my room for my 5 day stay which is disappointing”

“Beware there is NO AC!!!!!! Nothing else needs to be said. Horrible experience in the peak of summer!”
