“GREAT place to stay!!! We stayed there over the July 4th holiday. The room was very clean and smelled really good, but not over powering. The included breakfast was really good also. I deactivated the keys twice and they switched them right away! The cleaning staff checked if we needed anything each morning. The ladies at the front desk were very sweet and very helpful. Definitely will be staying here in the future!! The only thing negative I could say, is that the motor service road to get to...

“The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the staff are friendly. Our room was lovely with a great view of the river and the port. My only issue was there was only 2 pods of coffee, and my husband and I would have loved having a second cup. We would have also appreciated at least two bottles of water in the room as well, since it is mid-summer in Mobile and ferociously hot. Otherwise everything was good.”

“Avoid This Place – Horrible Experience I had an absolutely horrible experience at this hotel. The rooms were incredibly dirty and had zero ventilation. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, which causes all the moisture to get trapped inside the room. Because of this constant dampness, the floor mats are completely sticky to walk on, the entire room smells terrible, and the floor carpet stinks. To make matters worse, their customer service and business practices are incredibly dishonest....
