So, to get to the restroom, you have to pass through the bedroom. I booked this room with the idea that my husband can wake up early and work, while I can sleep a bit more. Clearly, that was not possible.”

When we arrived there was no one at the front desk, and when got to our room it was freezing so we put on the heater which was very loud through the night...
