“First of all, I only book this room or these rooms for my kids for the memorial of the passing of their dad. I booked this rental a month and a 1/2 in advance. I asked for 2 adjacent rooms. I was traveling with 3 kids and 2 adults. When I first got there, I got there well left after my check in because I was traveling in an electric vehicle. When I first arrived around 430, the guy tried to make me pay for another room, not realizing I had already paid in advan that was the first problem.Second...

“The room was not cleaned well at all. The bathroom was dirty. The wells had dirt and stuff on them. I've stayed there before and it was clean. I don't know why it wasn't cleaned well at all this stay.”

“I’m an early riser, and I was told that I can get the coffee in the lobby from 4 am to 12 pm, which was absolutely amazing, but my concern was if the milk would be kosher, to my surprise, it was kosher. Thank you Wyndham hotel!!! You made my morning!!!”

“I like this Holiday Inn because it’s quiet and secluded, yet it’s within walking distance from downtown Vermilion. Our friendly welcome felt genuine and outside our window was a field and a tree. We watched the cardinals in the tree. I loved everything about my stay.”

“A really nice hotel directly across the entrance to NASA Glenn Research Center. Has kind of a space-y feel to it which is fun. The breakfast is one of the best breakfasts i have had in a hotel in a long time. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Gym was very good and well maintained. “When we arrived in our room, the air conditioner didn’t work nor did the phone. Maintenance came and they were absolutely no help. Basically we were told this is as good as it gets in respect to the air. No attempt was made to fix the phone because it would involve possibly moving a bed. There was peeling paint in the bathroom and in the room. The rooms are very dark too. The saving grace was that the front desk employee (Desiree)was super nice and tried to help us.
