“Unclean, smelly room, lobby”

“The pool was not open and looks as though it may have been a year to two years since it has been open! The rooms were fairly clean but. Paint from the walls on the ceiling and a huge spot in the bathroom with drywall match on the wall! Breakfast was terrible! The juice machine was broke! However, they didn’t have any juice available in a different way or even just water! A gallon jug of milk in their fridge with some cereal and waffles!”

“All the stuff is wonderful the room was just as clean if not better then you would expect it to be They had hot breakfast and if you were running a little late they would wait until you got breakfast to close up and parking was absolutely not a problem I can not thank my friend for suggesting that I stay there while I was in sown I think I stayed there 10 or 11 nights When in town again I will definitely be staying here”

“This hotel is directly off route 80. We stayed the night on our way back to NY. Room was small, hotel was old, but clean enough. I knew this from other reviews. No surprises. There is continental breakfast food available 24 hours, but selections are slim and some things did not work (no hot water for tea) Body wash was empty in our room. This place is fine for a quick overnight stay. We really enjoyed the Hop Brothers Brewing for dinner, .2 down the road from motel.”

“Only two elevators and one was broken so during busy times there was a long wait. Requested the room to be cleaned but I guess they forgot so no clean towels and the shampoo and conditioner were empty. Otherwise it was nice”

“The carpets in hall were not vacuumed the entire time we stayed. There was trash both nights in the hall. Never moved or picked up. The carpet in bedroom was dirty, my 10 year old took a shower and walked barefoot in the room and his feet were black from dirty carpet before he went to bed. Had to have him wash his feet and wear crocs while in the room.”

“Perfekte Lage, direkt am Kanal und der Beach ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Nebenan ist ein gutes Restaurant und eine Außenbar.”

“Very pleasant overnight stay. "Worst" complaint I could make was that it took a little while for hot water to get from tank to shower...but it did become nice and hot.”

“This was a quiet and quaint place along the Erie Lake. Don’t look for a gym or spa / sauna, but they did have an outdoor swimming pool. Lots of trees and a great view of the lake”

“One stay for our family of four. The room was spacious, the beds very comfortable, the staff helpful/friendly, and the breakfast tasty. Would definitely stay here again.”

“No hot water, dusty and musty room, phone did not work to contact the front desk, swirls all over the mirrors, door didn’t shut properly. Pool was freezing Staff is apologetic and great. Breakfast was good.”

“It looked like an old property. Room was not clean, dusty and smelled really bad. AC unit was smelling like burnt hair. We called reception to check if they can switch room. The lady said she will check and give a call. Guess what, she didn’t even bother to call back. We had to spend sleepless night. Clearly one of the worst Hampton Inn experience. Lastly it would so nice if staff can greet and welcome with a smile. The lady was talking as if they were doing a favor by giving us the room....

“The breakfast was a big letdown. Pancake maker was broken, apple juice was watered down. Just oatmeal, bagels, cereal, toast, and hard boiled eggs. No bacon, scrambled eggs, or sausages. Coffee was decent.”
