Nice hotel with a good location,

It was troubled and was forced to call Expedia,as the hotel system was stucked.

Nice hotel, nice staff and a good location

I like this hotel, very good location and a very ftiendly staff. I just want to mention something about the breakfast, i didnt like changing the glasses used for juice to disposable cups. may be it doesnt matter for many people but it will show the place cheap while it is not, everytging in the breakfast area looks nice. I dont know how much the managment will safe by this and if it worth it.

International hotel in the center

Contro: Fitness center consist of two standard hotel rooms with poor equipments. Poor wifi signals in the rooms.
Pleasant Stay at the heart of Amman. Good service. Nice restaurant and Bar.

Staff wonderful. New beds very comfortable. Location fine. Hotel common areas and bedroom clean. Nice bar. However, my bathroom needed work; mold in shower, shower door didn't close fully, floors water stained. Overall bargain. Would happily stay again if if bath issues resolved.

Excellent value for price

Pro: Excellent location, staff, breakfast and prompt service to requests. Excellent service continues since first stay in 2010.Kudos to Manager and staff
Contro: There was nothing that I did not like about Ibis Amman.
Posizione: supermarket, eating places aplenty close to hotel, access to transport
smooth check-in and check-out; excellent security, friendly staff

Nice hotel location and stuff

Good hotel, Clean, good for families.. Good staff Breakfast buffet should be improved. The only disadvantage that once there is a wedding ceremony, it is very loud and noisy to the residents. Would come again to this hotel

Staff are rude. No one even bather himself to carry my bags have to carry my bags long way to reach hotel as the passby was closed. Breakfast was horrible. Ask for 30 min. Extra as taxi delayed they refuse and ask me to vecant the room although I checked in at 1 in the night.
