Good hotel, Clean, good for families.. Good staff Breakfast buffet should be improved. The only disadvantage that once there is a wedding ceremony, it is very loud and noisy to the residents. Would come again to this hotel

worst room service

Will not advice to stay since lack of staff and no room service. General Manager was also rude, so how can you expect something from ordinary staff. To get one spoon and one bowl I your room you have to either wait either for 2-3 hrs or may be more or you will not get. Similarly receptionist behaves like he is the owner and you are person who is staying there without paying. Since in my occupation I have to travel very often and Ibis is one of the best budget hotel I other countries like Canada, US, Australia, phillipenes, Honkong, etc but Jordan Ibis seriously requires some hospitality trainings for their GM and his staff, atleast they should be taught how to behave in front of the guests.

Dear Sir Greeting from ibis Amman As Explained by Our GM, ibis worldwide doesn’t offer room service, that being said our team one instructed to assist Guest in their rooms if their work load permits it On this occasion our manning levels were low and the team member was working alone in the outlet and could not leave his post. The team tried to find a solution to your request but unfortunately this will take time. Hotel tres correct, bon rapport qualité prix mais les restaurants et petits déjeuners servis par l'hotel ne sont vraiment pas terribles.

I was a bit disappointed due to the following factors: - the room is in bad condition - coffee maker was not working properly - no ashtray in a smoking room - very hard to control the water temp in the shower - shower soap dispenser was empty

With ibis you get what you expect

One problem: the expedia booking included all taxes and yet at check in, we had to pay more and it was unjustified! When you book one room, few dollars more are not a big deal, but we were a group of 8 rooms, 12 persons, for 5 nights, so it's not any more few dollars. I never had this kind of surprises before...
