With ibis you get what you expect

One problem: the expedia booking included all taxes and yet at check in, we had to pay more and it was unjustified! When you book one room, few dollars more are not a big deal, but we were a group of 8 rooms, 12 persons, for 5 nights, so it's not any more few dollars. I never had this kind of surprises before...

Very new hotel everthing works

Pro: highly functional room facilities, new
Newer hotel in Amman. Taxi driver couldn't find location. Business sized hotel room, yet has everything needed and functions very well. 1 min from a shopping mall with many choices for food and a large supermarket. Very handy to shop there and bring food /drinks to Petra saving a great deal of money.

The rooms it small but Good and worth .location you can walking to shops, restaurants no taxi needs. Over all good.

Not as expected

I booked this hotel based on my experience when I booked in Ibis ( Bahrian ). I expected the same standards but apparently I was mistaken. Staff in Ibis Amman are not professional and need more training in how to response to guests. As an example I called at 11 Pm when I discovered that my pillow has black marks on it and some greasy materials stuck on it, I called the reception and his response was (( just throw the dirty pillow on the floor and tomorrow we will replace it, use the extra pillow instead !!! )). I discovered that these black marks are even on bed sheets. In general my room was not clean, toilet seat was not clean with stains over it , the shower sink is slow to drain, and TV remote control is dull and slow need to hit it to work. some positive points, its location is near Amman Mall which has a supermarket , and it is very easy to find a taxi. the WIFI is fast. In general no need to book again in this hotel and I don't recommend it Stayed January 2016

nice hotel .. new ,, clean ,, helpfull ,, but the room is very small ,,, and the offer do not include breakfast ,,, the price good if included breakfast

You don't need more for a business trip.. All what you need is walking distance around you..
