very bad hotel

it was very bad experience. i never seen such a bad hotel in my life. internet was not working in my room. i called service and nobody came. before leave my from i put papaer "please clean my room", when i back noone clean the room and they turned paper otherside donot disturb. also hotel has very old furnitures, room smell very bad. reception is very rude they even didnt give me any invoice or paper which i requested separatelly. also hotel taxis were cheating customers . heating system was not working and i got cold. lack of workers, breakfast was extremelly weak and bad. i never recommend this hotel and never choose ibis hotels again.thanks and hope you choose other options
