Will not advice to stay since lack of staff and no room service. General Manager was also rude, so how can you expect something from ordinary staff. To get one spoon and one bowl I your room you have to either wait either for 2-3 hrs or may be more or you will not get. Similarly receptionist behaves like he is the owner and you are person who is staying there without paying. Since in my occupation I have to travel very often and Ibis is one of the best budget hotel I other countries like Canada, US, Australia, phillipenes, Honkong, etc but Jordan Ibis seriously requires some hospitality trainings for their GM and his staff, atleast they should be taught how to behave in front of the guests.

As Explained by Our GM, ibis worldwide doesn’t offer room service, that being said our team one instructed to assist Guest in their rooms if their work load permits it
On this occasion our manning levels were low and the team member was working alone in the outlet and could not leave his post.
The team tried to find a solution to your request but unfortunately this will take time.
Pleasing our Guest and making their stay as pleasant as possible is the key aim of our team
