Consigliatissimo! Hotel posizionato strategicamente per raggiungere il centro con tutti i mezzi: treno con 5 minuti, tram e bus. Camere pulite, colazione top!

Ottima posizione, non centrale ma collegata benissimo sia all'aeroporto che al centro. E' praticamente attaccata a stazione metro, tram, bus, veramente comodo. L'hotel ha un buon rapporto qualità prezzo per la media della città. Colazione standard, ricca ma non eccezionale, in camera manca un frigo bar e forse una seconda sedia, ma è ok. Certamente consigliabile

L’hotel è esattamente affianco alla stazione, comodissimo per raggiungere il centro di Amsterdam in meno di venti minuti. Il personale era cordiale e la camera pulita e confortevole. Consigliata specialmente la colazione, completa e di qualità.

Un bel hotel fuori dal centro di Amsterdam, ma raggiungibile in 30 minuti con i mezzi (tram, pullman, metro) che fanno stazionamento proprio al di fuori dell’hotel. Le camere sono ben illuminate grazie alla finestra enorme che c’è in stanza. Pulizia ok. Unica carenza e la colazione che per me non era ricchissima di scelte.

The hotel was very nice, clean and spacious, breakfast was included and the food was abundant and varied. The area I didn’t like but it was well located as we could go to the Central Station in just one stop.

The checkin was not breezy. Room was provided dirty including used toilet and linen crumpled up. Upon complaining, they sent staff to our room and we were not able to use the room for a long time. Second day, they locked us out of room in the afternoon and then asked us to pay additional room tax, which could've been asked for while we checked in initially. Rude staff as well.

Hotel con excelente ubicación, al lado de una estación de tren que conecta a todos lados y a 5 minutos en tren del centro de Amsterdam. Habitaciones modernas y espaciosas. Es la calidad buena y característica de cualquier Holiday Inn. Sin lugar a dudas volveremos.

Pretty good continental breakfast. Clean rooms and also the hotel. Very convenient with the train right next to it and one station away from Amsterdam Central

Helpful staff
I arrived not long after 10 a.m., prepared to leave my luggage and go elsewhere while waiting for a room, but I was given a room immediately! As I was going away for 5 nights before coming back to spend my last night in Amsterdam in this hotel, I asked if I might leave some of my luggage and pick it up 5 days later - no problem!

Avoid it if you can !!! Horrible!!
The front desk staff are horrible tmlst of them do not know even the basic information about thier own hotel and rooms. The website mentions that there are safety deposit boxes in the room while the hotel staff 1 lady who works in the evening told me that we did not have a safety deposit box in our room as it was spoiled and removed while the 2 other ladies at the front desk in the morning had another answer. After having my previous reservation canceled that i have emailed confirmation from hotel.com i was told when i arrived at the hotel that there are 2 reservations under my name and i will be charged for both of them. When it was clearly thier negligence but i was told to call hotels.com to resolve the issue. After pleading them to cancel the other reservation the Manger did cancel it and made it seem that it was our fault not them. Thats just top notch customer sevice from hell. The location is all this hotel has going for itself. The area though at night is not safe as you have drunk men standing right outside the hotel door trying to get in all the time.
