The structure is nice and innovative, but somethign strange happened: tyhe restaurant is very good, but in one of the evening I was there the restaurant was not serving any dinner or bar service to the hotel guests due to a convention that booked the full services.”

“Stayed here 3 nights on our Seoul's trip this year , we were asking for drops off luggage's early and afternoon checking were smoothly. Front desks has been able to speak English and very welcoming our staying. We were asking for room with city view and our request was fulfilled. “We stayed here for 2 weeks in January. The hotel was nice, clean and comfortable, a little tired in the decoration here and there. Yes, occasionally you can hear the noise from the trains, but it’s not too bothersome. The staff were extremely polite, helpful and friendly. The local area was fantastic for a variety of local restaurants and shops. Excellent transport links to Seoul, two minute walk for both bus and train services.”

“The staffs working there were so friendly, respectful and hospitable in creating a welcoming environment for customers. I had trouble turning on the AC and the staff went in person and helped me with that. He also helped me find a converter to use for charging. There were also many local bistros and restaurants located near the hotel so it’s very convenient to stroll around and explore. ”
