“Great location. Elevator was not working more than it was working. Asked if I could give them my stamped postcards so the postcards could be put in with the regular hotel mail and was told, “not possible, we don’t do that” - and I am fluent in Portuguese. I usually don't like Pestana brand, but the hotel is really nice. No bottle of courtesy water in the room. The pool was very good.
