They also communicated through whatsapp which also felt scammy. We finally got on the same page via email and text and they ran my credit card for payment. “This was very walkable to Crashboat. I felt like the gate for the car and property was safe. The listing does look like it does on the pictures. It does get a bit warm in the kitchen/main area where the couch/third bed is. Window AC kept the bedroom cool enough for us. ”
