“The house was not in the condition shown in the pictures. It was dirty with rodent droppings near the pantry, there were dirty dog foo bowls in the kitchen and the plants were mostly dead. There are also trailers in the front yard that are not shown in the oictures.”

However, the outdoors were somewhat dirty with trash laying all around the property (blue plastic pieces, pampers box, etc.) Also, a window was broken upon our arrival Friday at 3:15pm and we were not made aware of this. Finally, the TVs had a strange setting where they would suddenly turn on in the middle of the night with very loud channels on. Not ideal for babies! “We had a great time here! The communal space was large enough for us all to hang out and even with a full house there were enough nooks and crannies for people to have some alone time. And waking up to a view of Sunday River was so aesthetic”

“Our stay was short because we only needed rest for the night. However, check in process was super simple. This place was perfect for all our needs like shower, rooms/beds, kitchen filled with all necessities, great parking. There was plenty of space for everyone and kids would have a great yard area to play in. ”

“We had a great time staying in the yurts. We were traveling with another couple and we were able to get yurts next to one another making it easier to hang out together. We definitely took advantage of the fire pit outside. I would absolutely recommend this place! ”

Partied two nights in a row loudly and late…Noisiest I’ve ever had the wilderness be….It was a short stay I wished we could have acclimated to the place more. Outhouse…needed some lime plus I’m not sure the party goers next door were great to share it with…bad aim.”
